EL PRESIDENTE DE LA JUNTA MILITAR DE GOBIERNO
Por cuanto:
Presupuesto General de la República de 1948, en liquidación;
Que existen saldos disponibles «n di-versas partidas del mismo Pliego y Presupuesto ;
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1 79 de la Ley Orgánica de Presupuesto, N9. 4598;
De acuerdo con lo informado por la Contraloría General de la República y la Dirección del Presupuesto;
En uso de las facultades de que está
investida;
La Junta Militar dé Gobierno ha dado el Decreto-Ley siguiente:
LA JUNTA MILITAR DE GOBIERNO
Considerando:
Que es urgente regularizar los mayo-gastos producidos en las partidas
Nos. 470, 473, 474, 477. 490, 4%,
498, 499 y 500, del Capítulo v — Ramo de Correos y Telecomunicaciones
del Pliego de Gobierno y Policía del
Ha dado el Decreto-Ley siguiente:
Artículo único.—Autorízase al Ministerio de Hacienda y Comercio para efectuar las siguientes transferencias de partidas en el Pliego de Gobierno, P°~ licía. Correos y Telecomunicaciones del Presupuesto General de la República de 1948, en liquidación, hasta por la sum*
